• Manage end-to-end ticket execution and SLAs
• Coordinate onboarding and align stakeholders
• Drive operational improvements via data analysis

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT support teams
• Extensive background in IT helpdesk and 1st level operations
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable working regularly on-site
