💼 About This Role

You'll build the function that measures and scales Ambience's clinical and financial impact across health systems. You'll own the infrastructure and methodology to operationalize value measurement, transitioning bespoke analyses into a repeatable system. Your work will directly support deal structuring and commercial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and automate a scalable value measurement system
• Define defensible metrics and calculation logic for health system stakeholders
• Support performance-based contracts with financial models and guardrails
• Lead customer and prospect discussions on value methodology

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, data science, or implementation consulting
• Track record of building repeatable measurement systems from scratch
• Experience translating business requirements into engineering specs
• Direct people management experience including hiring and team building

• Experience with AI tools and prototyping
• Background in healthcare or health tech
• Familiarity with RCM and finance audiences
