💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets in a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
