💼 About This Role

You'll join the Competitive Operations Team in EMEA to govern and operate Riot Esports properties, focusing on disciplinary and regulatory matters across multiple esports titles. You'll ensure compliance with rules and regulations, handling complex investigations and driving integrity programs. This role offers the chance to shape discipline practices at a leading gaming company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discipline and rules enforcement for professional and semi-professional ecosystems across multiple esports in EMEA.
• Partner with Global Head of Rules and Compliance to develop new policies and practices.
• Provide best practices to partnered tournament organizers and wider EMEA competitive operations team.
• Audit rulesets of sub-regions within EMEA to ensure compliance with global regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Law Degree or experience in the legal field
• 3+ years of proven working experience in the legal or administrative field (e.g., as a paralegal)
• Expert proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Authorized to work in Germany

• Experience in dealing with disciplinary or integrity matters within sports or esports
• Experience working within an international environment
• Proficiency in another language beyond English (Spanish, German, French, Arabic, or Turkish)
