💼 About This Role

You'll become a subject matter expert in Aerros and aircraft maintenance planning, working directly with customers to architect solutions for integrations and reporting. You'll manage customer-facing technical projects and build documentation and analytics dashboards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Become subject matter expert in Aerros and aircraft maintenance planning.
• Interface with customers to guide on Reporting and API offerings.
• Build internal analytics dashboards using Posthog, PowerBI, SQL.
• Manage customer-facing non-agile technical projects and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, BCIS, or CS.
• 3+ years as an analyst supporting software or IT organizations.
• 3+ years of managing projects.
• Intermediate experience using SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a maintenance planner or in airline maintenance.
• PMP or experience managing projects from conception to completion.
• Experience developing simple applications in any programming language.
