💼 About This Role

You'll join the National Retail Solutions Tech Support Team handling inbound calls to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for retailers. You'll provide remote assistance to resolve POS, scanner, and printer problems while coordinating with other departments. This role offers extensive training and the chance to stay current with system updates.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and emails for technical support
  • Remotely troubleshoot POS, scanner, printer, and cash drawer issues
  • Follow standard processes and document resolutions
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

📋 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 85% English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Prior tech support or desktop support experience
  • Customer service experience handling inbound calls

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Knowledge of NRS devices and systems
  • Associate degree in IT or related field
