You'll build and scale performance-based partnerships in the BeNeLux region, driving measurable revenue through B2B2C, distribution, and affiliate channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally as a strategic advisor and project accelerator, with the freedom to test and scale growth initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale performance-based partnerships with clear ROI metrics.
• Identify and close B2B2C and distribution opportunities in telecom, fintech, retail, etc.
• Test local marketing experiments with events, communities, and brands.
• Track and report revenue impact, ROAS, and key performance metrics.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business development or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to launch and scale revenue-generating partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build and present business cases.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Experience in consumer subscriptions, telco/ISP, fintech, e-commerce, or media.
• French language proficiency.
