🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end analytical discovery with root-cause analysis
• Design tracking plans and validate instrumentation with engineering
• Implement automated alerting for real-time health monitoring
• Lead A/B test and multivariate experiment design and interpretation

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in product analytics or data science
• Proven track record influencing product roadmaps with data
• Expert SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar
• Strong experimental design and statistical analysis skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with event-based instrumentation platforms
• Competence with Looker or Metabase dashboards
• Experience in growth analytics
