💼 About This Role

You'll lead the implementation and optimization of Fivetran's data replication platform for enterprise customers, working directly with their stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployments. You'll enable customer teams to take ownership of their data pipelines through training and best-practice advice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead installation and setup of Fivetran products for customers
• Configure high-volume database connectors using UIs, CLI, and APIs
• Provide implementation support and troubleshooting during deployment
• Train and enable customer teams to manage data pipelines independently

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in technical roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and command-line scripting
• Advanced understanding of networking (SSH tunneling, VPNs, PrivateLink)
• Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of open table formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake)
• Familiarity with Fivetran SaaS, Hybrid Deployment, or HVR
