💼 About This Role

You'll lead Cloud Center of Excellence transformation for a globally distributed organization, designing operating models and governance frameworks. Your work will define standards for AWS architecture, security, and scalability across diverse engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead current-state assessment of cloud infrastructure practices, capabilities, and governance
• Design Cloud CoE operating model with ownership boundaries and escalation paths
• Define cross-cutting standards for AWS account structure, multi-region, and security
• Create transition roadmap and enablement strategies for product teams

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English (resume in English required)
• Proven experience in cloud strategy and organizational transformation
• Deep expertise in AWS enterprise architecture (multi-account, Transit Gateway, IAM)
• Experience designing Cloud Centers of Excellence or platform engineering transformations

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, OIDC, and GitOps workflows
• Knowledge of DNS governance at scale and CDN architectures
• Experience with AI-powered developer enablement tools
