You'll own revenue expansion across existing accounts in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas at Hevo, a No-code Data Pipeline platform. You'll focus on upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value.

- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase ARR
- Build and execute account expansion strategies aligned to goals
- Own renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigation
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase ROI
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion
- Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling in B2B SaaS
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
