You'll own revenue expansion across existing accounts in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas at Hevo, a No-code Data Pipeline platform. You'll focus on upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase ARR
  • Build and execute account expansion strategies aligned to goals
  • Own renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigation
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase ROI

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
