💼 About This Role

You'll join LifeStance Health as a therapist in a brand new Lakewood clinic. You'll provide clinical care to patients while choosing your own office. This role offers a sign-on bonus and uncapped earning potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical therapy to patients
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team on treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Washington as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting
