You'll join Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office as a commission-only sales professional on a 1099 independent contractor basis. You'll build a client base through cold calls, networking, and property analysis to close investment real estate deals. The role offers unlimited earning potential and access to a national platform with proprietary listings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct client outreach including 60+ cold calls daily
• Prepare Broker Opinions of Value and market comparables
• Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Negotiate listing agreements, letters of intent, and purchase agreements
