💼 About This Role
You'll provide high-priority technical support to Replit's premium customers, diagnosing complex issues across the platform. You'll lead incident response and collaborate with engineering to improve customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to premium customer issues within strict SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical platform problems.
- Escalate high-impact issues to Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal tooling and support documentation.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in technical or developer support.
- Strong debugging in JavaScript or Python.
- Excellent written communication under time pressure.
- Experience with Zendesk, Linear, and Slack.
✨ Nice to Have
- Has used Replit in the last 3-6 months.
- Experience with IDEs or developer tools.
- Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
