💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-priority technical support to Replit's premium customers, diagnosing complex issues across the platform. You'll lead incident response and collaborate with engineering to improve customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to premium customer issues within strict SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical platform problems.
  • Escalate high-impact issues to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to internal tooling and support documentation.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical or developer support.
  • Strong debugging in JavaScript or Python.
  • Excellent written communication under time pressure.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Linear, and Slack.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Has used Replit in the last 3-6 months.
  • Experience with IDEs or developer tools.
  • Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
