💼 About This Role

You'll provide IT support across 4 US-based and 2 international offices, troubleshooting employee endpoints and office systems. You'll work closely with the Senior IT Manager and Corporate Security team to improve Niantic Spatial's IT infrastructure. You'll contribute to projects like systemwide deployments and network upgrades.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide in-office and remote technical support for laptops, mobile devices, Zoom rooms, and office networks.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Legal, and other departments on cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with companywide IT projects like software deployment, new office setups, and network upgrades.
• Perform admin changes in enterprise software (Google Workspace, Atlassian) and document procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a help desk environment of 100+ employees.
• Hands-on macOS troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, JAMF, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Ability to work in-office Monday-Thursday

• Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell.
