💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for critical technical hires at Realm, an AI-first company building for the mining industry. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to source and close exceptional talent, building the systems and processes that scale hiring. This is a high-ownership role as our first dedicated recruiting hire, with direct influence on the team and culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and AI/ML roles
• Source and engage candidates via outbound, inbound, and referrals
• Build and optimize ATS workflows and interview processes
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source and close software engineers
• Comfortable recruiting for niche profiles like ML or forward deployed engineers
• Strong sourcing instincts with proactive pipeline building

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for industrial or mission-critical software environments
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as TypeScript, AI/ML, Kubernetes
• Experience building a recruiting function from scratch
