๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead the transformation of customer enablement in an AI-forward world, building the infrastructure, capabilities, and team to reimagine how customers learn. You'll own the Academy, Knowledge Center, and trainer-led delivery, partnering with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Professional Services to embed enablement across the customer lifecycle. This is a builder role focused on AI-native education and in-product learning to drive adoption and time-to-value.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build an AI-native education engine for adaptive content and contextual help
  • Map the customer journey and embed guidance directly into the product
  • Surface enablement data to inform product direction and close self-service gaps
  • Manage and develop a team spanning content, design, training, and knowledge management
  • Define success metrics like product adoption, time-to-value, and support deflection

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning within B2B SaaS
  • Team leadership experience with a track record of moving programs toward embedded models
  • AI fluency with hands-on integration of AI tools into content or delivery workflows
  • Strong technical aptitude to internalize complex domains like data modeling and compensation logic

  • Experience designing in-product learning with contextual interventions and AI-powered help agents
  • Hands-on experience with digital adoption tools like Pendo, WalkMe, or Chameleon
  • Familiarity with AI content generation workflows such as LLMs, AI authoring, or synthetic video
