💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize the revenue tech stack to improve GTM efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your work will drive high tool adoption and accurate forecasting through clean data and automated workflows. This role offers the chance to lead cross-system integrations and vendor management in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation.
• Serve as liaison with Salesforce admins for CRM data and workflow improvements.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing in Ringlead.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and troubleshoot tool issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on CRM administration (preferably Salesforce).
• 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• Proficiency in API-based integrations and data governance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CPQ and forecasting tools.
• Experience with conversational intelligence and revenue forecasting platforms.
• Project management and UAT experience.
