Description

You will lead end-to-end deal processes to source, structure, and close business development opportunities that extend the reach of Click's digital therapeutics platform. This role involves building strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and contributing to overall BD strategy within key therapeutic areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 7 years experience in life sciences industry
  • Licensing experience within pharma/biotech strongly preferred
  • Strong grasp of pharmaceutical drug discovery, development, and commercialization
  • Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships with positive results

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of deal opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
  • Lead end-to-end deal processes including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and negotiations
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to expand partnering presence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and industry stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and deal activity within owned therapeutic areas
