Description

You will advise top management in banking, insurance, and fintech on digital transformation strategies. Help design future operating models and drive business development in retail, corporate, asset management, and insurance. Lead teams and expand our footprint across key accounts in Germany and Europe.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy/management consulting and/or financial services with budget responsibility and proven project success
• Strong go-to-market and sales track record with an established network at CxO level
• Dynamic leader with entrepreneurial mindset and charisma as a role model
• Deep functional knowledge across end-to-end processes in financial services
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; willingness to travel
