Description

As Head of Institutional Sales at Bitcoin Dollar, you will build and own the pipeline for institutional capital into our BTC and USD vaults. You'll engage with sophisticated allocators, manage the full sales cycle, and shape product strategy based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven track record in institutional sales within crypto or DeFi
• Deep rolodex of institutional capital allocators in crypto
• Ability to speak fluently about risk frameworks, collateral composition, and smart contract architecture
• Experience with yield products and structured finance in digital assets
• Senior-level ownership, integrity, customer empathy, and ambition

Responsibilities

• Build and execute institutional sales strategy targeting DAO treasuries, crypto funds, family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting through due diligence, onboarding, and relationship management
• Develop institutional-grade pitch decks, risk frameworks, yield attribution breakdowns, and competitive positioning documents
• Develop partnership strategy with complementary protocols for distribution and sBTCD composability
• Conduct competitive analysis across institutional DeFi yield landscape and serve as voice of customer to the team
