Working knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, payroll, benefits, talent management

Responsibilities

Support employee lifecycle stages (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, promotions/transfers)
Provide remote and on-site HR support and guidance for retail dispensaries
Interpret and implement People team initiatives, programs, and policies
Drive employee engagement and foster positive work environment
Partner with regional HRBP to coach and support leaders
