💼 About This Role

You'll tackle infrastructure challenges as part of Trade Republic's Clearing Settlement team, designing scalable solutions for a hyper-growth settlement network. You'll drive strategic decisions by analyzing settlement performance data and owning key external partner relationships. This role offers the chance to collaborate across teams and expand the settlement network into new markets and asset classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement process improvements for counterparty network management across 18 markets.
• Develop scalable processes for counterparty onboarding, SSI management, and service reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Own relationships with key external partners and manage critical escalations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute action plans.
