You'll join the BeReal team as a Staff Backend Engineer, building a robust architecture for a social network that experiences spikes of millions of users within a 2-minute window. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship new features faster than any other scaled social network.

• Tackle technical challenges for millions of users connecting in a 2-minute window.

• Participate in code and design reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in distributed architecture API development.
• Proven experience in Go and high volume API microservices.
• Self-reliant with prior startup or similar environment experience.
• Proficient in English for an international team.

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
