💼 About This Role

You'll support the success and growth of OpenWeb's Email advertising partners. You'll help manage day-to-day relationships with advertisers, assist with onboarding, and ensure campaigns run smoothly across OpenWeb's inventory. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to learn about adtech, build client-facing skills, and contribute to revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support advertiser onboarding across OpenWeb platforms
• Manage a portfolio of advertising clients ensuring positive experience
• Monitor email campaign performance and meet advertiser KPIs
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in adtech, customer success, or account management
• Comfortable working with data (Excel required)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must be available in NYC office 3x a week
