• Prepare and coordinate end-to-end onboarding process
• Maintain and optimize Personio HR system
• Draft employment contracts and People documents

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field
• Strong interest in HR processes and labor law
• German language skills required for documentation and authorities
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
