๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the strategy and execution of revenue enablement programs for a fast-growing startup serving creative companies like Netflix and Epic Games. Your work will equip Sales, Customer Success, and BDs teams with tools and training to close deals and hit targets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build an enablement roadmap to accelerate rep ramp time and improve win rates
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new revenue hires
- Build, manage, and facilitate weekly Sales Academy
- Develop and maintain a library of sales plays, battlecards, and training resources
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience
- At least 2 years in a role owning programs end-to-end in a high-growth startup
- Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from scratch and measure impact
- Experience designing and delivering enablement for mid-market and enterprise sales teams
โจ Nice to Have
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN methodologies
