๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the front-end of Showpad's revenue engine as the strategic architect of growth. You'll define benchmarks and drive AI-driven interventions to help the field scale. This product management-style leadership role lets you shape the sales motion itself.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define performance benchmarks for Land and Expand motions.
- Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for revenue organizations.
- Identify high-friction manual tasks and define business logic for AI agents.
- Conduct deep-dives into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends.
- Lead UAT for new AI tools with AEs and xDRs.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch.
- Experience coaching, developing, and retaining top analytical talent.
