๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the front-end of Showpad's revenue engine as the strategic architect of growth. You'll define benchmarks and drive AI-driven interventions to help the field scale. This product management-style leadership role lets you shape the sales motion itself.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define performance benchmarks for Land and Expand motions.
  • Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for revenue organizations.
  • Identify high-friction manual tasks and define business logic for AI agents.
  • Conduct deep-dives into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends.
  • Lead UAT for new AI tools with AEs and xDRs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and retaining top analytical talent.

  • Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment (Vista-style).
  • Ability to challenge Sales and Partner leadership with data-backed insights.
