🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mitigate accounts receivable delinquency
• Reach out to customers for collections in fast-paced environment
• Triage billing cases to resolution
• Support all revenue accounting needs

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of collections or revenue analyst experience
• Proven experience with full cycle order-to-cash process for subscription revenue
• Knowledge of collection techniques
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or YayPay/Tesorio
• High proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree
