💼 About This Role

You'll support the development process from initial concept to commercialization, managing fabric/trim approvals, color, testing, sample reviews, and costing. Your work directly influences product margin and on-time delivery for Nike, The North Face, and Brooks Brothers brands. This hybrid role in Issaquah offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced apparel environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive fabric, trim, and style development for prototype approval
• Build and maintain technical product specifications (BOM, trims, labels)
• Manage lab-dip requests and color submissions with vendors
• Monitor development deliverables against the product creation calendar

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of apparel or industry experience
• Understanding of garment and textile manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of component costing including garment construction and raw materials
• Basic understanding of international trade agreements and customs regulations

• Experience with promotional industry and decoration viability
• Knowledge of product safety standards
• Familiarity with ERP or PLM systems
