🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead frontend squads (web and mobile) aligning business priorities with execution plans.
• Develop engineers and tech leads through performance, career, and technical coaching.
• Guide frontend architecture decisions: componentization, state management, API integration, performance.
• Evolve design system and shared patterns across web and mobile.
• Ensure delivery quality through testing, code review, accessibility, and client observability.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience leading engineering teams with performance management and career development.
• Prior frontend team experience with production web applications and some mobile exposure.
• Deep technical expertise in frontend architecture: componentization, state, API integration, performance.
• Experience in environments with strong engineering, design, and product collaboration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with native or hybrid mobile in production.
• Governance of design systems at scale.
• Fintech, banking, or high-criticality transactional product experience.
