You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Chester County. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and independent living.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
