💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits at One Medical, a primary care practice transforming healthcare. You'll treat patients in-office and via telehealth, collaborating with a dedicated team to improve health outcomes in a human-centered primary care setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits for patients of all ages.
• Perform in-office procedures and utilize clinical training.
• Collaborate via daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds.
• Provide telehealth visits as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages in the past 5 years (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).
• State licensed in Texas by start date.
