💼 About This Role

You'll join Precision for Medicine's FSP group, leading site contract management for clinical trials across Europe. You'll draft and negotiate agreements, manage budgets, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure deliverables align with study timelines. This role offers full remote flexibility across multiple European countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate clinical study agreements and amendments.
• Negotiate site budgets with institutions.
• Establish and track site contract metrics.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and study teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in drafting and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets.
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions.
• Prior CRO experience.
• Oncology experience required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration.
• Experience setting up Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA budget negotiations.
• Experience with Kick-Off Meetings and Bid Defense Meetings.
