Description

You will develop and execute commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience. You'll act as the sourcing expert, lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, and own supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years experience in PCB/PCBA sourcing or category management
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
• U.S. TS clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA
• Own supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and manage performance
• Partner with engineering to influence design and manufacturing requirements
• Analyze TCO, drive cost negotiations, and ensure supply continuity
