You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts in the Life Sciences industry, driving adoption of Tulip's frontline operations platform. You'll act as a trusted partner to ensure renewals and commercial expansion while coordinating cross-functionally to maximize customer impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor customer adoption, utilization and overall health of deployment
  • Guide customers to improve operations through digitization and new use cases
  • Manage contract renewals and support commercial expansion
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Support, Services, Product, Sales)

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles in Life Sciences
  • Experience with change management in GxP manufacturing and operations
  • Experience creating stakeholder executive presentations for enterprise corporations
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree; MBA/Masters preferred
  • Experience in life science development or manufacturing environments
