💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end onboarding projects for a SaaS platform in the financial crime compliance space, managing implementations for enterprise clients. You'll translate complex customer requirements into configured solutions, coordinating across technical and customer success teams. This remote contract role offers flexibility and autonomy with approximately 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers.
• Translate complex customer needs into configuration plans and workflows.

• Track project progress, report KPIs, and manage risks.
• Configure and optimize the SaaS platform per customer use case.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing or configuring B2B SaaS software.
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into execution plans.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (solutions engineers, delivery).
• Excellent project management skills for fast-paced environment.
