Description

You'll own composite component projects from concept to production, working with aerospace and defense clients. You'll lead design reviews, generate CAD, and manage timelines and costs. This role offers autonomy and variety in a growing contract manufacturer.

Requirements

• BS or MS in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical)
• **6+ years** experience in composite component design and manufacturing
• **Strong project management** skills including scoping and scheduling
• Proficiency in **SolidWorks** or similar solid surface modeling software

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to gather requirements and create estimates
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing on composite design
• Lead multi-departmental project planning and design review meetings
• Generate CAD and drawings for parts and tooling chain
