💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high-volume periods, and support new employees while providing excellent customer service. You'll help drive sales and manage inventory tasks. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Assist with opening, closing, and high-volume store periods
• Process cash transactions and monitor sales floor for theft
• Train new employees on store procedures and standards

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, or equivalent
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent
