Description

You will plan, create, and execute email, push notification, and SMS campaigns from start to finish, coordinating content planning, technical setup, testing, audience segmentation, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and strict adherence to campaign calendars, accuracy, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Responsys and Unity CRM tools
• Experience in email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaign management
• High attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and testing
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of HTML email structure (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan daily campaign flows per email, push, and SMS calendar
• Build email templates in campaign tools after design and links are ready
• Prepare campaign target audiences using tools like Responsys and Unity
• Execute test sends and obtain approval before launch
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
