💼 About This Role

You'll review legal documents and support eDiscovery for a government contractor. You'll ensure accurate document processing and legal research. This role offers exposure to complex litigation within a fast-paced legal team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research and draft responses for post-conviction motions
• Examine and process voluminous technical legal documents
• Assist attorneys in preparing trial notebooks and exhibits
• Prepare legal actions such as indictments and search warrants

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation support experience
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
• Requires a Law Degree

• Proficiency in LEXIS and Westlaw
• Experience with document review and file management systems
• Knowledge of legal research resources
