💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of test engineers designing and implementing automated test systems for Terran R electronics production. Your work will directly enable acceptance and qualification testing for flight hardware. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and software teams to shape the avionics architecture of a next-generation rocket.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of test engineers for automated test system development
• Design and implement fully automated test systems for electronics production
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for manufacturing test assets
• Coach engineers in technical and non-technical best practices

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in electronics hardware simulation or test
• Experience leading engineers in domain-specific technical principles
• Experience with test system design for motor drives, DC-DC converters, or high voltage electronics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tool
• Experience with analog sensors like pressure transducers or RTDs
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB
