💼 About This Role

You'll manage IEP caseloads and provide targeted academic/behavioral support for K-5 students in a collaborative, parent-partnered environment. You'll ensure students meet rigorous IEP goals while co-teaching with general educators and administering academic assessments. This role offers a supportive school culture with home visits and family engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage IEP caseloads and ensure compliance with special education laws.
• Provide direct instruction, co-teaching, and push-in/pull-out support.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers.
• Develop Behavior Support Plans and monitor student progress.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Special Education Teaching Credential or ability to enroll in an accredited program

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of curriculum, education code, and special education law/policies
• Experience leading IEP meetings and writing compliant IEPs
• Familiarity with ABA behavioral practices
