💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with a focus on HIV treatment and prevention in a primary care setting. You'll conduct acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth, collaborating with a dedicated care team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Focus on HIV treatment and prevention, including PrEP counseling
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, plus occasional telehealth
• Collaborate via daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensed in California
• Proficiency in HIV pathophysiology, treatment protocols, and co-morbidities
• At least 2 years in the past 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care with HIV patients

• Experience with transgender health
• Bilingual Spanish skills
• Certification in HIV specialty
