🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
• Own revenue targets and ensure predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy
• Drive deal strategy on complex opportunities and negotiations
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance demand generation and campaign effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years managing Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams in high-growth SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable revenue engines
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop sales talent
• Experience in inside sales and complex deal cycles across direct and channel motions
