Description

You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video or in-person, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. You will join a diverse clinical team in a collaborative, client-centered environment, with the opportunity to see clients both virtually and at the Oakland clinic.

Requirements

• LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD license in California
• Master's degree or higher from accredited program
• At least 1 year post-license clinical experience
• Expertise in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT)
• Expertise in culturally responsive care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care via video and in-person
• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapies to adult clients
• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
• Provide culturally responsive care
