You'll audit and simplify an over-customized Jira environment for a 2-month contract engagement. You'll deliver a blueprint document and ensure reporting and project tracking are functional. This role offers remote-first culture and autonomy within a technical consulting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit Jira instance to identify over-customizations and reporting gaps
• Redesign workflows, issue types, and project schemes
• Implement configuration and validate add-ons
• Produce configuration documentation and validate reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on Jira administration experience
• Experience restructuring over-customized Jira environments
• Proficiency with Jira add-ons including BigPicture, Xray, EasyBI
• Ability to produce client-ready documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or professional services
• Familiarity with SDLC workflows
• Prior work with engineering organizations (30-100 developers)
