Description

You will establish and operationalize frameworks and processes to scale Medrio's product portfolio and partner offerings, ensuring operational readiness for existing products and releases. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Services, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to drive alignment and accountability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Readiness, Project Management, or Product Management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous environments
• Proven cross-functional initiative leadership without direct authority
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish operational readiness frameworks for existing products and releases
• Coordinate execution across Product, Services, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
• Serve as central point for third-party partner operational alignment
• Build customer feedback loops through Product Advisory Councils
• Track readiness metrics and communicate status to stakeholders
