You'll lead Callan's Institutional Consulting Group, serving investment manager clients and driving new business growth. You'll oversee a team, manage client relationships, and represent the firm at industry events. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy at a leading independent investment consulting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent Callan at industry events like AIMSE
• Manage annual Callan Institute membership renewals and new client development
• Oversee day-to-day ICG functions and manage two team members
• Host quarterly Market Intelligence calls and master classes

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in the investment industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• Management experience across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of capital markets and institutional investment landscape

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• CFA or other advanced certification
