You will acquire high-value fitness and wellness partners for the ClassPass platform through in-person outreach in the Madrid area, building strong local relationships and consistently exceeding monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience
  • Proven record of over-performing on monthly quotas and OKRs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
  • Based in Madrid with travel across the broader region
  • Familiarity with local fitness/wellness industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with potential partners to grow the business
  • Exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to ClassPass network
  • Prioritize in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events
  • Identify and attend networking opportunities in regional community
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and present pitch decks to prospects
